1 ripe avocado peeled and stoned
1 small garlic clove minced
1/4 cup purified water
2 teaspoons cold-pressed virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of one of our mayonnaises 1 tablespoon honey or (1/2 teaspoon of Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute*)
1 tablespoon freshly chopped dill
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 pinch sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
(GF, DF, NF,*YF)
Cut the avocado into large cubes and place in a blender with all the other ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
